Sports data supplier BetQL has launched its mobile-first analytics platform in the UK, designed to increase engagement between bettors and bookmakers in the B2C sector.
Intended to provide a technologically driven alternative to UK-facing static websites, the fully-native mobile app leverages the data engine that powers the firm’s fantasy sports products, RotoQL and SquadQL.
“Designed with the latest technology, BetQL promises to help an educated betting class take on Vegas and deliver the best user experience available during an action-packed season of sports,” said CEO Justin Park.
Players will be able to access data analysis through one console screen, with explanations why a bet is recommended, including line movement, sharp money and public ticket distribution, plus relevant team trends.
Aimed at a “middle class of betting” emerging in the post-PASPA market, BetQL has seen over 115,000 users save over 60,000 picks during Week 6 of the NFL season.
