Helio Gaming has announced a partnership with Nigerian operator Hammer Lottery, launching the developer’s suite of games in the country for the first time.
The Malta-based company’s customisable lottery games, which include individually branded daily, weekly, and event-focused draws, marks a significant step in Helios’ expansion strategy.
“We have ambitious plans in Africa, which has a number of markets which are tailor-made for our new breed of lottery products,” said Helio CEO Richard Mifsud.
Helio’s first white-label six of 25 game will be launched this September, costing bettors 100 Naira per ticket with draws occurring twice weekly, before a roll-out of further titles.
“We are very pleased to have reached an agreement,” said Hammer Lottery managing director Olumuyiwa Awosile. “We are excited about the opportunities the deal presents.”
The agreement comes just weeks after Helio brokered its first African partnership with Kenyan operator Lotto Joto.
