Spreadex wins coveted City of London award

Financial and sports spread betting firm Spreadex has been awarded a key award at the City of London Wealth Management Awards.

Spreadex, which specialises in the personal service and credit area, was named as Best Spread Betting Provider for 2018 at the City of London Wealth Management Awards.

The firm was presented with the award by TV presenter Lisa Snowdon at the Guildhall, London.

Winners were determined by votes from over 40,000 investors with attendees on the night including finance heavyweights such as Barclays and Halifax. The poll was reviewed by an independent panel of judges.

Spreadex Marketing Communications Manager Andy MacKenzie said: “We have improved our trading platform with a number of developments over the year such as Trade via Charts and Price Alerts and we are delighted to receive this accolade.

“We are honoured to have been recognised by investors from around the UK.”

The award follows Spreadex, which was formed in 1999 and now employs more than 120 people, being named as Best Spread Betting Company at the EGR Awards 2017.
