Betting solutions firm Betinvest has unveiled a new product – CRM system Octupus. This proprietary instrument assists B2B clients in building and maintaining closer relationships with their clients and also finding hidden value for them.
The new product provides customisable automation of ordinary business processes applied to specific e-Gaming requirements and allows the end user to “benefit from targeted promotions and a personalized approach”.
