Lucy Buckley of Inspired named in Gaming Intelligence’s Top 50 executives  

Inspired Entertainment today announced that its vice-president of Interactive, Lucy Buckley, has been recognised in Gaming Intelligence’s Top 50 executives in the Gaming Industry.

Buckley joined Inspired in 2010 and was recently been promoted to vice-president of Interactive, a role in which she oversees the business’ mobile and interactive functions. Under Buckley’s leadership, Inspired’s online business has grown to currently supply content to over 300 websites globally.

“I’m delighted that Lucy has – rightly – been recognised for her contribution to both Inspired and the gaming industry as a whole,” said Luke Alvarez, president and CEO, Inspired.

“Inspired promotes gender equality and it is fantastic to see that Lucy has been acknowledged in GI’s top 50 as a significant player in Gaming. Never has there been a more pertinent moment for a smart and ambitious female to be acknowledged by the industry – long may it continue,” he added.

Buckley said: “I’m incredibly proud to be one of the eight women to be listed in GI’s top 50.

“The industry undoubtedly has a long way to go to reach equality but I’m optimistic that change is happening and I’m excited to see what the future holds,” she added.
