Czech slot designer, Endorphina, is quickly becoming known for its innovative approach to the archetypal mobile gaming genre.

The firm famed for bringing the tongue-in-cheek Twerk Game to igaming platforms, continues to design around ten games a year, all aimed at striking the greatest distance between themselves at the same old status quo.

“We’re trying to show our players something new. We knew we didn’t want more ‘Egypt, Egypt, Fruit, Fruit’,” marketing manager, Lucie Kadlecova explains, gesturing wearily. “We want to provide something genuinely new and more exciting.”

The Prague-based outfit does it all in house, from concept through to sound and graphics. And since launching the business only fours year ago, its now substantial portfolio of offbeat themes has achieved a far-reaching global appeal.

“Because we’re a small company we can do it like this,” she adds. “We don’t have to plan like a big corporate company does, we can be more flexible.”

New at ICE this spring was the Diamond Vapor Slot – an online game representing “the culture built up around vaping ecigarettes.”

“But one of our most successful game is Satoshi’s Secret,” Kadlecova continues. Named after the enigmatic founder of Bitcoin, “it’s the first ever bitcoin-themed game, designed to evoke the intriguing world of hackers.”

It has six reels, which itself is unusual, but also features two bonus games themed on trading crypto-currencies and hacking bank accounts. “It’s different and it’s interesting, and is proving very popular.”

All games are available in both Flash and html5, and already playable through platforms such as Every Matrix, iSoftbet and BetConstruct.

“We want to expand into Asia. So we’re looking for new platforms, and content aggregators, and new partners,” Kadlecova discloses. “The Asian guys here at the show seem shy,” she laughs, referring to the twerking reels on the stand’s monitor. “But they definitely are interested.”
